Our goal has always been to is provide consistency and offer challenging workouts to all of our members. We want to make it easy for you to create a workout routine with your favorite instructors throughout the week and receive incredible results. We have taken your feedback and worked to create new and revamped classes within all of our offerings. This new schedule will begin January 1.
You'll find some of your favorites are still offered, others may be adjusted just a little, and some new classes that we hope you'll try. We know that change takes time, and we appreciate your patience and willingness to try our new format.
