Rachel became a certified Barre instructor in the winter of 2016. Moving back to central Ohio 2014, she had tried many different ways to try to stay in shape, and eventually found PAI. She loved PAI from her first visit for the feeling of community and the variety of classes offered. She decided to try barre, and, by her first class, she was hooked. As an athlete for most of her life, including cheering at the University of Dayton, she loved the challenge that the barre method presented, as well as the focus on great music to fuel the workout.
Rachel attended the University of Dayton for undergrad and went to the University of Findlay to obtain her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. As a PA, she sees the impact that exercise and fitness have on all aspects of health and wellness.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family.
