Lynn Ison completed her initial barre training and began teaching in 2014. She became a PAI member the week the studio opened and for years could be found there often, sometimes seven times a week, especially in the hot flow classes. After having a baby in 2013, she is now very selective about how she spends her free time and finds barre classes to be an ideal workout option since they are extremely efficient and effective.
She earned her Bachelor of Art from the University of Dayton and is an Art Director at a small design agency in Dublin. Being a fitness instructor allows her to be creative in a totally different style, away from Pantone chips and paper samples, by coming up with motivating playlists and challenging sequences, and Lynn finds that consistent fitness balances (mentally and physically) all the hours spent in front of a computer.
In addition to fitness and spending time with her family and friends, Lynn has a passion for travel and good food. She makes an annual vacation a priority, some favorites have been Miami and Italy, and loves trying new restaurants and recipes—especially sweets!
