Shelly Breehl

Shelly Breehl is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and also a TRX Certified instructor who started TRX classes at PAI and quickly became obsessed with this amazing workout! Look forward to a challenging class from this very high energy trainer! She loves anything fitness related and rarely turns down a workout.
When not at the gym, she is usually spending time with her family and friends, and probably carpooling her 4 kids around the city.

Laura Mastella

Laura is a graduate of the Ohio State University, with a degree in industrial design. She worked as a commercial interior designer in the Columbus community until getting married and having two children, who are now teenagers.
Avid runner, Laura has completed 5 marathons (including Boston 2 times) and many other races. Training for all these races is what led her to cross training. Laura earned her Trx and mad dogg spinning certifications and has been a trainer for both for the last two years. What she loves about TRX, is that you can take it with you anywhere (just like running), so there is no excuse not to workout, even when traveling, which Laura also has a passion for.
Laura is currently working on earning her personal training license through Afaa.

Richard Green

Richard Green has recently received his TRX certification in 2014. After bouncing around from gym to gym and studio to studio, he became a proud client of PAI in 2011. He was hooked after the very first class! Ever since then, it is a rarity that he is away from the studio more than a couple days a week. He is always pushing to better himself, and wants the same for his students.
Rich's energy level is highly contagious. He was inspired to become a certified TRX trainer to share his passion to help others feel their best, do their best, and reach their health and fitness goals
Rich is a music and sports fanatic! He is all for anything Buckeye. Sundays during football season, you can bet that he is decked out in Bengal attire.

Sarah Buczek

Sarah Buczek is a certified Yoga, TRX and Cycle instructor. For two years, Sarah has taught a variety of classes, catering to both new and veteran participants centralized in the Columbus area. Throughout her teaching, Sarah has also hosted workshops for those interested in inviting Inversions and Arm Balances into their fitness routines. Additionally, Sarah has managed the Mind/Body Department for The Ohio State University’s Group Fitness Program as both and Undergraduate and Graduate. Sarah received a BA from The Ohio State University in December of 2016. Her fitness training began at a young age – following in her mother’s footsteps who taught aerobics for eight years - and over the last four years Sarah has studied from notable Instructors and Master Trainers, such as Chrissy Carter and Doris Thews. Sarah is a spirited New Englander who believes fitness should not only enlighten and inspire one’s life, but it should also connect the mind with the body to achieve health, harmony and bliss.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is known for boosting your metabolism while burning tons of calories in a short period of time. You don’t need to spend hours training to become stronger and leaner. HIIT trains your body in a 3D platform. Train in all 3 planes of motion building strength with dynamic TRX movement patterns coupled with various modalities such as resistance bands, medicine balls and kettle bells. This will leave your body taxed, resulting in long lasting fat burning while having a blast!
