On the urging from one of her own teachers to expand her practice further, Shannon completed her RYT 200 certification in 2016. Shannon draws influence from many different styles of yoga, from Ashtanga to Yin, but believes that attention to breath is the tie that binds all yoga styles. From the breath, she feels that each student can happily and healthfully reach his or her potential, on the mat and off. She enjoys weaving the stories of traditional yogic philosophy with relatable, current themes. It's Shannon's goal to give each student a taste of the clarity that yoga has brought to her.
Now sitting in the seat of the teacher, Holly looks forward to watching others experience their own personal journey with yoga.
When Holly is not practicing or teaching yoga, you will find her at the Football Field, Hockey Rink, or Baseball Diamond.
