Power Yoga Flow

Jenna Dray

Jenna fell in love with yoga through a class at Indiana University in 2006 and has been practicing ever since. She has a 200 YTT certification in Vinyasa , Ashtanga and Rocket. Yoga has influenced Jenna to know her true self and is happy to share her passion with others. She is dedicated to the yoga lifestyle which she believes keeps her focused and centered through her everyday life. Outside of yoga, Jenna sells software and is a health/life counselor helping others be the best version of themselves. She loves being a mom to her new baby girl and enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Join Jenna on the mat for a fun yet challenging practice good for your mind body and soul.

Tierra Barber

Tierra and yoga found eachother at the same time she sought a deeper commitment to her physical, mental and spiritual health. Being a health and fitness enthusiast, yoga opened her eyes to a new expression of everything she loved.

Originally from Midland, TX, Tierra received both her BSEd and MSEd from Baylor University in Health Science Studies and Exercise Physiology, respectively. After receiving her RYT-200 Hour Teacher Training in 2013, she immediately started teaching to various demographics in the local community and privately.

Since then she's been fortunate to share her love of yoga through a schedule of regular classes and assisting with leading teacher trainings with Living Beyond the Mat, LLC. Tierra feels blessed to merge her passion of educating and wellness to empower others to live their lives through yoga. She is excited about her journey and looks forward to supporting the PAI family along theirs!

Natalee Brown

Natalee's passion for yoga was originally sparked in the early 2000's, when she began Ashtanga training while living in New York City. Throughout the past two decades, the yogi mindset has served as a grounding force in all areas of her life.

After the birth of her two children, Natalee established a self-practice which melded power yoga with core conditioning. In early 2017, Natalee earned her 200 RYT international teaching certification at a Shala in Goa, India, and began sharing her power practice with others. In addition to her classes at PAI, Natalee hosts international yoga retreats and pilots yoga and meditation workshops with the United States Marine Corps in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii and Okinawa, Japan.

Sara Goff

Sara Goff is a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Soul Coach, core instructor for Wild Woman Fest, writer, and a worldwide yoga, adventure, and service retreat leader. An Ohio native, she returns to Columbus after 15 years of living and teaching in New York City, California, Costa Rica, and Colorado, as well as sharing yoga in locations such as India, Maui, and Mexico along the way!
 
Constantly aiming in her teaching to merge the dance between the playful and the sacred, Sara’s passion is helping her students and clients ascend to their highest radiance and create their happiest, most abundant lives!

Kara Lough

Kara Lough is a certified yoga teacher 200E-RYT - Vinyasa Yoga “Take hold of your own life. See that the whole existence is celebrating. These trees are not serious, these birds are not serious. The rivers and the oceans are wild, and everywhere there is fun, everywhere there is joy and delight. Watch existence, listen to the existence and become part of it.” ~ Osho
 
Kara believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age or ability level. She teaches as an extension of her own practice, and is fascinated with the power of the body and mind to heal itself through breath, meditation, and movement.
 
Kara became a student of yoga in 2000 and has been blessed to study under knowledgeable, encouraging teachers. She completed her teacher-training ‘Ashtanga/Hatha’ with Laurel Hodory at It’s Yoga in Columbus in 2008. Kara provides easy-to-follow instructions in a fun and safe atmosphere, encouraging students to strive toward their potential while honoring their current boundaries.
 
She teaches to all levels, from beginner/basic to level 2. ~For Kara, Yoga is a joyful and SWEET practice. Having been a Pastry Chef for 16 years, she knows that yoga is 'the icing on the cake'.

Kari Palmer

Kari’s generous nature and loving heart enable her to connect with people in a meaningful way.

After multiple attempts at yoga over the course of 15 years, Kari found her passion and connection to the practice while healing during post partum. She found PAI Yoga and Fitness shortly after her passion began, PAI is a special place for her both to teach and deepen her own personal practice.
Kari is an Ohio native with a business degree from The Ohio State University and a Communications/Marketing Executive in the local community. She recently completed an intensive Vinyasa course in the jungle of Costa Rica via Sayta Embodied 200-hour certification program.

Through yoga, Kari has found self-healing, strength and a profound love of the practice that she brings to the mat everyday. Her calming presence combined with an adventurous spirit equal a fulfilling practice.

 

Find strength, stamina and equanimity in this faster paced, physically challenging power vinyasa flow class. A powerful and dynamic class designed to challenge, awaken, and cleanse the body. This energetic flow style class guides students towards greater self-awareness and confidence. This class is designed for intermediate and experienced yogis who are looking to take their practice to the next level. Room temperature is set at 85 degrees.
 
* Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes.
