Save Your Feet and Ankles with Yamuna Body Rolling

The feet are our foundation. In this class, learn to rebuild healthy foot function and explore the connections of the feet and ankles to the rest of the body.
 
Yamuna® Body Rolling is therapeutic movement education grounded in the principles of yoga. YBR® teaches you to identify and correct negative movement patterns in your body. In a YBR® class, you learn anatomy-specific routines with specially designed balls. The ball acts as a hands-on practitioner, by stimulating bone and dislodging tension in the joints and soft tissue.

About Renie Viola:
Renie studied YBR® under creator Yamuna Zake at the Yamuna flagship studio in NYC from 2005-2012. She became a certified YBR® practitioner in 2008 and holds a BFA in dance from the Ohio State University. Renie is a professional choreographer and dance instructor, and is currently studying for her Pilates certification. As a movement educator, she believes in finding ease and joy in all movement. YBR to is her most powerful tool for this -- and for overall wellness.
