Hunny Adams

Hunny has been teaching group fitness since 2001. She holds certifications from Madd Dogg Athletics as a STAR 3 Spinning instructor, AFFA Group Fitness and Kickboxing, Les Mills Body Pump and CX Works, Power Pilates, Polestar Pilates for Rehabilitation, Zumba, and TRX.

Hunny graduated from the University of Arizona in Communications and Marketing. Wanting to be more involved in active lifestyles, Hunny went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The Ohio State University.

When not in the clinic or studio, Hunny is spending time with family and pets, at continuing education courses, or on the water boating.

Angie Althoff

Angie has been in the fitness industry for more than eight years. She is a proud Les Mills BodyPump and CXWorx instructor and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. During the day, she’s a marketing and communications specialist. As an instructor, Angie takes a genuine interest in her members, and wants them to have the very best experience every single class. She’s determined to help everyone discover strength and confidence through health, wellness, and fitness opportunities. When you finish one of Angie’s classes, you’ll be faster, stronger, and happier than when you first walked in the room!

Adrienne Eckels

Adrienne decided to became a Certified Mad Dogg Spin instructor in 2013 after being a cycling student for almost 4 years.  Adrienne fell in love with the combination of speed, endurance and strength cycling classes offered and wanted to share her passion for the sport with others.

Her main goal during every session is to motivate her students to step outside their "comfort zone" to discover their true athletic potential. The best part about being an instructor is seeing her clients fulfill their health goals.

Adrienne was born and raised in Ohio. Where her love of athletics started at a very young age. She earned her varsity letter at Pickerington High school in basketball and track. She went on to run track on a collegian level at Ashland University, finishing her bachelors degree at The Ohio State University in 2002 (Go Bucks). Currently, when Adrienne is not motivating her spin students, she is spending lots of time with family and friends.

Erin Reed

My fitness journey began shortly after high school when I started doing workout videos, such as step aerobics and kickboxing, in my basement. Eventually, I began running and loved it. In 2013, an injury forced me to take a break and really focus on cross training while I healed. In a short time, I became a Star Level 2 Mad Dogg certified spinning instructor, ACE personal trainer, and BodyPump and CXWORX certified as well. I have a passion for fitness and love to share it with people! When not teaching, I spend time with my family, usually at one of our sporting events!

Emily Webber

Emily started her fitness journey while working the front desk at a local gym and studio. After graduating college, she wanted a way to stay fit and she made a goal to train for a half marathon, which she completed in 2015. Working at the gym gave her a great routine and she eventually got hooked into the classes, but wanted a little more.

After taking BODYPUMP for less than a year Emily decided she wanted to take her passion a little further and became a Les Mills Instructor in 2015. Adding on in that same year Emily became a Mad Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. Emily loves the group fitness atmosphere but decided to take her training knowledge further and help people one on one, so she studied and got her Personal Training Certification through ACE Fitness in March of 2017.

Emily loves helping clients make changes they can keep throughout their lives. Fitness has become a passion for Emily and something she never imagined for herself, but could now never live without.

Rachel Hoying

Rachel became a certified Barre-Om instructor in the winter of 2016. Moving back to central Ohio 2014, she had tried many different ways to try to stay in shape, and eventually found Pai. She loved Pai from her first visit for the feeling of community and the variety of classes offered. She decided to try barre, and, by her first class, she was hooked. As an athlete for most of her life, including cheering at the University of Dayton, she loved the challenge that the barre-Om method presented, as well as the focus on rhythm and music.
 
Rachel attended the University of Dayton for undergrad and went to the University of Findlay to obtain her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. As a PA, she sees the impact that exercise and fitness have on all aspects of health and wellness.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family.

Bethany West

Bethany began teaching group exercise classes and became certified with AFAA back in 1998 while living in Chicago. At the time she was pursuing a career in advertising and public relations but grew to discover that her passion for exercise could be taken to another level by motivating and encouraging others. She became a certified Spinning Instructor through Johnny G/ Mad Dogg Athletics and has been teaching for over 13 years. Also, a level 2 certified TRX instructor, Bethany teaches Spinning/TRX classes which has become one of her favorite workouts. “It’s a perfect combination of high intensity cardio, challenging core and strength training bundled into one fast placed class.”
 
Aside from teaching at PAI, Bethany is the proud mom of four children. “I try to lead by example for my kids. I want them to grow to understand how much exercise improves your quality of life physically and mentally."
 
Bethany is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Sarah Kern Kildow

Sarah Kern Kildow is a Yogi, Vinyasa & Sekoia Teacher, Group Fitness Instructor, Ayurveda Educator, Vegetarian, and Mom of Twins, Bella & Bronx! She loves traveling, new challenges, and growing & learning! One of her favorite things in life is sharing her time & laughter with family and friends.
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
