Prepare for the momentous day of your baby's birth. This class is specifically designed for the auspicious time of pregnancy. The class will be active, cultivating both strength and flexibility. You can expect to work with the breath, practice pregnancy-appropriate sun salutations and standing yoga forms. We will include time for relaxation to round out your experience.
