Jenny Rodrick is a certified Spinning and TRX instructor (Levels 1 and 2) as well as an ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist. She has been teaching group fitness classes since 2006, including Spinning, TRX, core, and boot-camp style classes. She received her Bachelors degree in Education and Allied Professions with a major in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton and was an NCAA Division I athlete in cross country during her four years there.
Jenny also has her Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from The Ohio State University. Full-time, she is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a local health care system, where she does fitness testing and training with various central Ohio fire and police departments.
When not helping others, Jenny loves traveling, running, sporting events, and spending time with family and friends. Jenny has run several marathons, including the Boston Marathon, and is always training for her next race. Her ultimate goal is to run every major marathon in the world, including Boston, Chicago, New York, London, and Berlin.
