Regina Jacinto is a certified TRX instructor. Originally from Cincinnati, she moved to Columbus five years ago. When she’s not teaching TRX, Regina works as a Registered Nurse at Dublin Methodist Hospital, taking care of patients before and after surgery. Sports and competition has been a part of her life since she was young; she swam in her first swim meet at six years old. Even though she never made it as an Olympic swimmer or professional tennis player, she still enjoys staying active.
Being a nurse has also motivated her to stay healthy, since years of lifting and moving patients can place a strain on any individual. Regina hopes to lead by example, showing that hard work and a healthy, active lifestyle is a rewarding one.

TRX Resistance is a full body workout combining our TRX Total Conditioning class with various resistance bands, and of course cardio bursts. This class is designed to strengthen, build and define muscle while burning calories and fat, all while having fun. Join us for this intense workout!
