Olga O’Neil is a certified yoga instructor. Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, Olga holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication Arts from the Ohio State University. After graduating from OSU she worked for six years as a graphic designer in the corporate world. Olga discovered that sitting in front of a computer all day wasn’t in her genes. So she took yoga teacher training and has been teaching ever since.
Olga understands that we are not designed to sit all day at a desk or in our car or in front of a TV. She aspires to show her students ways to recover from the sedentary lives many of us lead. She will show you how yoga poses will make you stronger, help you regain your flexibility and improve your balance. And maybe reduce some stress.
Olga enjoys teaching accomplished yoga students as well as first timers. She looks forward to seeing new yogis improve each week and eventually become hooked on how yoga makes them feel.
When not teaching, Olga can be found bike riding or working her garden of tomatoes, cucumbers, and other healthy green things. Bring your tired body and be prepared to be smiling at the end of her class.

Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into inner peace. This mindful and slow flow class is great for those searching for a relaxing yoga experience through movement with breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginner yogis however the most experienced yoga practitioner will also be challenged, as sometimes less is more. Room temperature is set at 80 degrees.
