Kris Tann, RYT-500, seeks to offer classes that are playful and empowering, weaving alignment details into vigorous classes while guiding participants to greater body and breath awareness. She has taught a range of yoga “styles” in various settings including yoga studios, gyms and private homes.
In 2010, Kris completed 200 hours of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Stephanie Snyder and Elise Lorimer in San Francisco. In 2013, she completed 300 additional hours of training with Stephanie Snyder.
Off the mat, Kris enjoys her family, road trips, cooking soup, yoga study, birdsong and relaxing in the shade of trees.
