Lisa is a strong believer in stepping outside of the box, off your mat, and beyond your 4 walls to achieve health and wellness. Through our interactions with each other and the world around us, we can find balance and joy. Taking yoga off the mat and onto the water is one way that Lisa helps clients to move beyond expectations, challenge, perceptions and find delight.
Lisa has been a student of yoga off and on for the last 20 years. In addition, she has been training clients one on one and in group fitness since 2004. She teaches paddle board classes to all skill levels and encourages even non-paddlers to give it a try. Similar to land-based yoga classes, poses can and should be modified to suit the student. Most importantly, paddle board yoga classes are FUN! Leave the stress on the shore and come paddle with Lisa.
