Jenna fell in love with yoga through a class at Indiana University in 2006 and has been practicing ever since. She has a 200 YTT certification in Vinyasa , Ashtanga and Rocket. Yoga has influenced Jenna to know her true self and is happy to share her passion with others. She is dedicated to the yoga lifestyle which she believes keeps her focused and centered through her everyday life. Outside of yoga, Jenna sells software and is a health/life counselor helping others be the best version of themselves. She loves being a mom to her new baby girl and enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. Power Yoga Flow
Find strength, stamina and equanimity in this faster paced, physically challenging power vinyasa flow class. A powerful and dynamic class designed to challenge, awaken, and cleanse the body. This energetic flow style class guides students towards greater self-awareness and confidence. This class is designed for intermediate and experienced yogis who are looking to take their practice to the next level. Room temperature is set at 85 degrees.

HOT Power Flow
Get ready to sweat and be challenged by this vigorous class filled with fun, creative yoga sequences and challenging poses. This class will leave you feeling stronger, ALIVE, and cleansed. The studio will be heated to 98+ degrees. Mats tend to get wet and slippery so a small towel and yoga mat towel are recommended. Remember to hydrate well before and after this class. This class is not recommended for new students or those who have not had a regular yoga practice for less than 6 months. Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes. Room temperature is set at 98-100 degrees.
Yoga with Weights
Find strength and mobility as you move through yoga postures with light weights. This class is designed to challenge and cleanse the body for intermediate yogis, barre and bodypump practitioners.
