Angie has been in the fitness industry for more than eight years. She is a proud Les Mills BodyPump and CXWorx instructor and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. During the day, she’s a marketing and communications specialist. As an instructor, Angie takes a genuine interest in her members, and wants them to have the very best experience every single class. She’s determined to help everyone discover strength and confidence through health, wellness, and fitness opportunities. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!
