Taylor is a certified Spinning®and Les Mills BODYPUMP instructor. For her full-time job, she is a Registered Dietitian who works with individuals who struggle with eating disorders. Originally from Indiana, she graduated with a degree in dietetics with dual minors in psychology and organizational leadership and supervision. She then moved to Ohio where she completed her dietetic internship and master’s degree at Bowling Green State University. She enjoys instructing high intensity workouts and uses upbeat music to guide her workout choreography. You’ll never hear the same song twice in her classes! In addition to working out, she enjoys anything related to food including trying out new restaurants and cooking. A recent transplant to Columbus, she also enjoys exploring the city’s metro parks and unique neighborhoods in her spare time.
