Mandy took her first Les Mills class three years ago after taking Zumba consistently for five years. The music and coaching is what motivated her to become an instructor. In September 2017, she took the Les Mills Sprint training, and was instantly hooked. Two weeks later she took the Bodycombat training, and to complete her goals, she took the Bodypump training June of 2018. Mandy believes you should never stop learning. In her free time you can find her learning new choreo, or enjoying the outdoors with her husband and puppy.
