Mel, suffering from severe anxiety, tried a yoga class that was offered at her employer’s office hoping it might help her. She quickly fell in love with what yoga offered her physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually both on and off her mat. After a couple of months, she knew there was more she wanted to know and learn and quickly joined a yoga studio. After years of practicing and feeling a strong conviction to help bring the benefits of yoga to others, she enrolled in YTT. Mel feels yoga is a way of life and hopes to inspire others on their yoga journey. When she’s not on her mat, Mel spends all the time she can traveling with her husband and dog, Lily. She loves hiking, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.

Build a stronger body while releasing tension and flow your way into inner peace. This mindful and slow flow class is great for those searching for a relaxing yoga experience through movement with breath awareness. This class is suitable for beginner yogis however the most experienced yoga practitioner will also be challenged, as sometimes less is more. Room temperature is set at 80 degrees.
*Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes.
