Kristen Milbourne is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. As a veteran of regional and national dance competitions, Kristen first came to Yoga and group fitness classes to enjoy movement, physical exercise and to keep an active body. The more Kristen stepped onto her yoga mat, the more she realized that the physicality was just one component of its transformative essence. Feeling the impact Yoga had on her life on and off the mat inspired her to share this gift with others by becoming a Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Group Fitness Instructor.
Kristen currently teaches a variety of classes empowering individuals to challenge themselves in fun and rewarding ways. She desires to educate, motivate, support and encourage others along their journey to meet their personal health and wellness goals while finding success through fitness. She feels fulfilled and honored to share the gift of healthy movement with others. Watching people grow and knowing that she played a part in it is one of the most rewarding things for Kristen as an instructor.
When she is not teaching, you can find Kristen at the gym, traveling, spending time with family and friends . . . and of course cheering for the Buckeyes!

HOT Power Flow
Get ready to sweat and be challenged by this vigorous class filled with fun, creative yoga sequences and challenging poses. This class will leave you feeling stronger, ALIVE, and cleansed. The studio will be heated to 98+ degrees. Mats tend to get wet and slippery so a small towel and yoga mat towel are recommended. Remember to hydrate well before and after this class. This class is not recommended for new students or those who have not had a regular yoga practice for less than 6 months. Essential oils or incense could be used in all yoga classes. Room temperature is set at 98-100 degrees.
Mat Pilates is the foundation of the Pilates Method, because it helps you develop the fundamental strength and stability to move and support your body from the core out. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body, feel increased agility & flexibility in your every day movements, and to develop a rock solid core! Working from the deepest layers of muscles results in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Aside from a serious focus on ab work, traditional Pilates mat work includes total body exercises to work the inner and outer thighs, as well as a series to strengthen the back, hamstrings, and glutes. Modifications and variations are offered to suit each student's individual needs. Pilates can flatten your abs, tone and stretch your muscles, reduce back and joint pain improve your posture, and enhance sports performance. Pilates is an incredible and challengeling practice that can be adapted to every body.
