Haleigh became a certified Mad Dogg Spinning Instructor at the end of 2018 after being introduced to indoor spinning in 2016 and falling in love with the bike. Haleigh enjoyed the you vs. you mentality, along with gaining strength, endurance, and a stronger mind.
Haleigh hopes to motivate her students to get out of their comfort zones, gain strength, push themselves to the limit and most importantly, have fun!
Haleigh was born and raised in Zanesville, Ohio and has had a passion for fitness since she was a young toddler in dance class. When she is not teaching, Haleigh works as a paralegal and enjoys running, dance, cooking and watching bad reality tv!

Remember to bring your mat for this spin class! An intense 45-minute cardio bike workout (easily modified for all levels) will have you ready to lay on the mat and switch gears. The remaining 15 minutes of class will focus on strengthening and toning the core, specifically abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles.
Be ready to burn calories and build strength in this intense 45 minute cardiovascular workout using stationary cycles. Music and verbal cues simulate cycling on roads and trails. While it is a super-intense workout, it can easily be modified for anyone, even beginners. This class is a great way to build up to the hour long rides or to grab a quick workout in after work! You will love the music!
