Retreat homes are tucked deep inside the woods with nature views in all directions and a second story overlooking the peaceful forest. It’s surrounded by a tangle of hiking trails, located about one hour southeast of Columbus.

  • Gahanna - Getting there!  Chan says teaching at a fitness studio is easier than building one :).  Thanks for your patience.  We are now painting walls and installing floors.  The City of Columbus had us change a few things, hence some unexpected delays.  We should be open in November.  Really, we think...
  • Holiday Schedule - Look online for abbreviated schedule.  But we will be open everyday during the holidays except Christmas Day.  During these times, we all need to work out!
  • Omm S'mores:  Special thanks to Kara and 65 members of the community that helped raise $280 for Feed My Starving Children - that will cover 1,216 meals!
