Yoga Classes


Some like it HOT! Some don’t like it so much! For your comfort, please note the studio is heated to 80-85 degrees for non-hot classes, except Basics/ Beginners is at 70-75 degrees. If HOT is indicated on the schedule, the studio will be heated to 98-100 degrees with 40-50% humidity. The heat allows the body to soften and thus, to experience a deeper practice. You will feel cleansed and detoxified at the end of HOT classes at PAI. Please remember to leave your shoes and ego at the door.

Do you need a more personal touch, or have a group that would like some additional personal attention? Your favorite PAI teachers are available to give you even more personal attention. These sessions are customized to your personal needs and are designed to work with even the busiest of schedules and by appointment only.

TRX Suspension Training

TRX® suspension training

TRX® Suspension Training, invented by a Navy Seals officer, has moved out of the battlefields and into the training room! This versatile tool requires the entire body to be used like you have never used it before, building strength, balance, core stability and flexibility. Intensity is easily modified and class is open to all experience levels. As always our instructors add their own spins into each class. Please make sure you try classes by different instructors before giving up. It is the best one-hour Full Body workout you will ever experience. Make Your Body Your Machine!




PAI Barre

PAI Barre offers Barre Intensity® for its PAI Barre program. Barre Intensity® combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. This results in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

This sixty-minute class is a low-impact high-intensity class with upbeat instructors and music provides the fuel needed for not only an intense workout but a fun one!
