Adrienne decided to became a Certified Mad Dogg Spin instructor in 2013 after being a cycling student for almost 4 years.  Adrienne fell in love with the combination of speed, endurance and strength cycling classes offered and wanted to share her passion for the sport with others.

Her main goal during every session is to motivate her students to step outside their "comfort zone" to discover their true athletic potential. The best part about being an instructor is seeing her clients fulfill their health goals.

Adrienne was born and raised in Ohio. Where her love of athletics started at a very young age. She earned her varsity letter at Pickerington High school in basketball and track. She went on to run track on a collegian level at Ashland University, finishing her bachelors degree at The Ohio State University in 2002 (Go Bucks). Currently, when Adrienne is not motivating her spin students, she is spending lots of time with family and friends.
Amy Farahay, eRYT500 found yoga in 2000 and started her teaching career in 2007. What started out as a way to lose weight soon became a practice of self-discovery and way of life. Amy’s passion is to teach connection. She uses power yoga as a way to help students connect to how they feel by leading a powerful practice that is both mentally and physically challenging. She believes that connection comes from tuning in and listening to that inner voice, then by holding yourself accountable for what you hear and how you respond. Amy is committed to speaking truth in its rawest form to help others clear the space to live their life from the only place we can all truly shine; Love.
Amy found yoga in 2010 and was instantly hooked! She had been curious about yoga and a foot injury inspired her to seek other forms of fitness besides aerobics. Pai opened at about the same time in Dublin and Amy found her calling. She is a member of the first class of Pai YTTs and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to teach!
 

Amy is a native of Columbus and graduate of OSU. She has a bachelor degree in history, a minor in Russian and a post graduate certificate in Early Childhood Education. After living in Colorado and Florida, she returned to central Ohio in 2003. She has two children, one in college and one in high school. Amy owns a childcare center in Hilliard. When she’s not working or practicing yoga, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

 

As a lifelong learner, the practice and study of yoga has captured Amy’s heart and opened her mind to a whole new world!

Andi has been in the fitness and wellness industry for the past 15 years. She began by becoming certified to teach group fitness classes but found her passion for yoga while pregnant with her son. She is a certified 200E-YRT teacher and has assisted in leading several teacher trainings.
 

She returned from southern China in January of 2016 where she and her family had lived for the past two years. While there she was able to teach and to learn from different people from all of the world. This experience deepened her love for the practice and its power to reach ALL people. She has seen how yoga can be transformational both physically and soulfully and teaches from a place of love and gratitude.

Alicia began dance classes at the age of 3 and credits dance with developing her love of rhythmic movement. She was first introduced to the spiritual, mental and physical benefits of vinyasa yoga in 1997 as a freshman at Miami University. As an AFAA certified instructor, she taught group fitness classes including step aerobics, kickboxing and power yoga throughout her undergraduate years. She moved to Columbus to attend graduate school at The Ohio State University and began practicing as a nurse practitioner in 2005. She specializes in geriatrics and is especially passionate about her work with hospice and palliative care patients. She found her home at PAI Yoga and Fitness over two years ago and received a 200 hour yoga training certification at PAI. Through breathing exercises and rhythmic flow, Alicia’s goal is to encourage her students to love and accept themselves exactly as they are today.
Bethany began teaching group exercise classes and became certified with AFAA back in 1998 while living in Chicago. At the time she was pursuing a career in advertising and public relations but grew to discover that her passion for exercise could be taken to another level by motivating and encouraging others. She became a certified Spinning Instructor through Johnny G/ Mad Dogg Athletics and has been teaching for over 13 years. Also, a level 2 certified TRX instructor, Bethany teaches Spinning/TRX classes which has become one of her favorite workouts. “It’s a perfect combination of high intensity cardio, challenging core and strength training bundled into one fast placed class.”
 
Aside from teaching at PAI, Bethany is the proud mom of four children. “I try to lead by example for my kids. I want them to grow to understand how much exercise improves your quality of life physically and mentally."
 
Bethany is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Carrie Ingham is a teacher focused on total wellness of body, mind and spirit. Her classes use accessible skeletal alignment and thoughtful sequencing to make flexibility and muscle tone inevitable side effects of a satisfying practice. Carrie’s athletic background in gymnastics and OSU cheerleading taught her that strong, flexible muscles prevent injury and yoga taught her the inseparable connection between an open body and a peaceful mind.
Catie found her way into yoga through her mother when she was only 13 years old. Practicing on and off again for years, she finally fell back in love with the practice after her second year of college. One year at Ohio University and one year at Ohio State University led Catie to weight gain along with issues with mental illness. Yoga was her saving grace and changed the course of her life for the better. Catie participated in PAI’s second 200 Hr- YTT with her mother, and it proved to be one of her greatest life experiences to date.

Along with Yoga, Catie is a Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast with a passion for helping others.

Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, Chan Hemintranont moved to the U.S. in 2001 to study for her MBA at Case Western Reserve University. In 2010, Chan called on her background in finance and accounting to found the PAI Yoga and Fitness studio. Her goal in opening the studio was to share her enthusiasm for active pursuits and to be part of people’s life journey.
 
She received a 200-hour yoga training certification with Tammy Lyons and Mitchell Belier at Innerbliss yoga studio and has further her study with a 300-hour yoga training certification with Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons in Bali, Indonesia in summer of 2015.
 
Her approach to Vinyasa flow is creative and rejuvenating. The intention of each class, through breathing technique, is to help students find calmness in their minds, to strengthen the body-mind-soul connection, and to experience a new sense of being, of completeness. Above all, Chan loves having fun during class--and even making people giggle! "If you can laugh in a yoga class," she says, "you are an advanced student."
 
For Chan, the most fulfilling aspect of opening the studio has been witnessing and nurturing positive changes in PAI’s members. Seeing the physical and mental growth of so many aspiring yoga lovers and athletes has further deepened her commitment to sharing her passion with others. Chan feels both grateful and honored to be able to serve in this way.
Cheryl took her first yoga class in 2001, and began practicing Ashtanga/Vinyasa regularly in 2012 to complement her fitness routine. She quickly was awakened to the mental and emotional benefits of yoga, beyond the physical practice. She completed her 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa - falling in love with
the practice that brought her out of her busy mind and into her body. As a yoga
teacher, Cheryl’s aspiration is to encourage her students find unconditional self-love and self-acceptance, no matter what their age, gender, or background, and
discover compassion for themselves and all beings around them.Off the mat, Cheryl is a coffee junkie, loves meditating daily, she has an obsession with crystals. She loves being in nature and hiking trails, but favors time spent with her shitzu Gizmo. She teaches a variety of classes, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Meditation and is certified Reiki level II.
Danica Komine is a three star JohnnyG/Madd Dog certified Spinning instructor, AFAA certified group fitness instructor, certified BODYPUMP instructor and lover of all things fitness. At 18, Danica’s fitness career began when, while working at the snack bar of a spa, she was invited to attend an “aerobics convention,” where she became step certified. For 25 years, Danica has enjoyed every minute of her fitness teaching career.
Danica is a native of Columbus and graduate of OSU. After living in Guanajuato, Mexico, she returned to central Ohio in 2015. She has five children: two in high school, two in middle school and one in elementary school. When she is not teaching BODYPUMP or Spinning, she is running her kids to soccer, piano, dance and gymnastics. She likes to relax, read, talk on the phone and go out to eat at foreign-restaurants with her wonderful husband Mitch.
Diana Camella is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and also has certifications in Spinning, Core and TRX. She has been attending group fitness classes for as long as she can remember, and enjoyed them so much she decided to get her spinning cert first and started teaching in 2010. She has always been involved with some type of exercise her whole life, and thoroughly enjoys inspiring other’s to include it in theirs. Diana loves an intense workout, but enjoys having fun in her classes as well. She will do her best to get a smile out of you one way or another.
 
Diana retired from The Ohio State University almost two years ago as a full time Fiscal/HR Officer . She doesn’t miss the daily office grind, but does enjoy her season tickets to the OSU Football games.
 
When Diana is not on a walk or in the gym training or teaching, you can find her at home with her husband Gary of 27 years. She’s also the proud parent of two wonderful children; son Garet and daughter Perri who both reside in the Columbus area.
A self-proclaimed “non-athlete,” Emily came to yoga in 2013 after her diagnosis with a heart condition led her to look for a gentle, non-scary form of exercise. She quickly discovered (with her doctor’s approval, of course!) that she loved hot, strength-building power flows, and has learned to better quiet her mind and listen to her body through her practice. Feeling stronger and steadier than ever, Emily tries to share yoga and its life-changing benefits with everyone she meets. She completed Yoga Teacher Training in Pai’s first teacher training program in 2016, and is looking forward to continuing to learn at PAI!

 

A central Ohio native, Emily graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in 2011 and Master’s degree in 2013. She works in the employee benefits industry by day and pursues her passions for yoga, horses, reading, and cooking by night. Emily and her husband, Andy, live in Dublin with their adorable dog, Ramona.

My fitness journey began shortly after high school when I started doing workout videos, such as step aerobics and kickboxing, in my basement. Eventually, I began running and loved it. In 2013, an injury forced me to take a break and really focus on cross training while I healed. In a short time, I became a Star Level 2 Mad Dogg certified spinning instructor, ACE personal trainer, and BodyPump and CXWORX certified as well. I have a passion for fitness and love to share it with people! When not teaching, I spend time with my family, usually at one of our sporting events!
